Our Partners

Our event, Play For A Cure, is a fundraising event for a charity that I started with my wife and local philanthropists Harvey and Elaine Snaden, called the Cancer Research Collaboration Fund. Our objective is to raise funds that will support local collaborative cancer research. Our organization has no employees and all money goes to the fund to support such initiatives.

As a cancer survivor I wanted to find a way to give back to our local cancer doctors and researchers that will help to find more cures. This project is a huge opportunity for our local cancer researchers and especially WE Spark. This is a very exciting opportunity bringing together many different organizations supporting cancer research.

Currently, we have committed to support a 3 year Triple Negative Breast Cancer fresh tissue clinical trial here in Windsor. This initiative will be funded in partnership with Transition to Betterness and the Windsor Cancer Centre Foundation along with the University of Windsor, Windsor Regional Hospital, and the Terry Fox Marathon of Hope Cancer Centre Network.
